This client had zero budget to refurb the kitchen of his rental unit after a tenant left it in a terrible state.
We installed some refurbished cabinets and a drawer unit, gave the old cabinets a coat of paint, installed a budget counter top, painted the walls, installed new handles and gave the old steel cabinet under the sink a funky coat of deep red paint.
